YOLO Foot Spa

I'm so happy I found this place😊 The customer service is excellent! I booked my appointment via email and they responded very quickly. The correspondence was very detailed and courteous. Everything was confirmed prior to my arrival. I came in and there was no wait, the appointment time was really just that. The place was clean, with a tranquil ambiance. I really enjoyed my foot massage and they included a complimentary neck, head and hot stone massage! All I can say is WOW! I'm looking forward to my next visit. Yolo Foot Spa is definitely a hidden gem!

This is not a reflection of the masseuses, they're great, and the massages are great. This is a review solely on the business practices. I was gifted two gift certificates during the early days of the pandemic. In that time, Yolo received a new owner and this new owner refused to honor one of the gift certificates because it didn't have a date on it and according to them it could not be verified that they wrote it. These were gifts from my family, and I hadn't returned to yolo until now because of the pandemic. It's disappointing to me that something as simple as a date makes the difference and my family spent $160 for nothing. No services were received for that money. The gift certificate says there's no expiration date, but they refused it and wrote on the back that it's invalid. Additionally, there’s no where on the cert that states void if “___” missing, which makes the missing date feel arbitrary. So for those who've waited out the pandemic to return to YOLO, be aware they may not honor your gift certs. And for those buying gift certificates now, double and triple check that they will honor it. I won't be returning as I don't appreciate that kind of business practice.

I am always a massage lover and have been to a lot of massage places in LA, I have to say this one is INCREDIBLE and DEFINITELY WORTH A SHOT!!! The environment here is quiet, private and relaxing. I believe my therapist is named Lucky, she is a master! She got my pain point so precisely, I felt so refreshed and relaxed after the massage. Their manager Tom happened to be there tonight, he is such a handsome and nice young man! Greeted me with his professional instructions and helped me properly arrange the following massage. The whole experience is enjoyable and can’t wait to come again!!😘

One of the best kept secrets in LA. Is it a secret? No but what a way to start a review on google. In a city where massage parlors are as common as donut shops and gas stations it’s hard to know which ones are legit clean professional relaxing etc. Look no further, because while Y may indeed OLO, at YOLO, you can actually get this once in a lifetime treatment whenever you want. Parking is plentiful, the availability spilleth over, the communication great, and the hot stones worth every pebble. My pro tip for you is to remember to use your library voice inside. I once came into the lobby talking like a carnival barker and I felt like a real dummy when I realized there was a sensual stone massage happening mere inches away. The prices here are so reasonable you can and should tip $20+ or more. Update: This is still my top spot. I tried a few others in the area and they aren’t consistent like YOLO. If you want to be truly pulverized ask for Kelly. The receptionist kept referring to Kelly’s strength but I was truly not prepared. Yes it gets to the point where you’re trying to remember your safe word, so if that’s your bag this is your woman! you feel so transformed afterward you wonder if you should really be driving yourself home or phone a friend!
